Connect with a GEG in your community

Communities

Google Educator Groups (GEGs) bring local educators together—in person and online—to share, collaborate, and support one another in using technology to drive student learning. Get started by joining our global online community or search the map below to find a local GEG in your area.

Anyone can join

Whether you are a classroom teacher, a principal, or a school administrator, there is a place for you in our community. We invite you to join the conversation! Please take a moment to review the GEG Code of Conduct before you get started.

Engage with fellow educators

Each group is a grassroots community led by passionate volunteer educators and managed independently to best serve its local community.

Free of charge online and offline events

All GEG events are free of charge, whether you’re following updates and events online, or meeting in person at an upcoming GEG event near you.

“I joined a GEG to [connect with] a network of tens of thousands of other certified educators around the world. I can send a message to one of my groups...to learn how other educators are doing [activities] in their classrooms.”
